Version Report should always show Release Date

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We have release date set for our version, but it's not always shown. This is really annoying when getting into the last third of the release: "... can't see the release date, so we're ahead of schedule... but by how much???"

      This would also be useful for:

      • JSWSERVER-11093 - can show the current progress but no predictions until 10% (but still see if the 5% done looks sensible or is 4x off track.
      • JSWSERVER-13729 - most of this problem could have a decent workaround
