Having a custom event in workflows breaks automation rules.

Issue Summary

Since many integrations are listening to the default Jira events: Created, Updated, Resolved, etc when you change it by a custom user event the Jira automation rules stop being triggered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom event. 
2. Edit the create transition, set the custom event.
3. Create one rule automation with Create issue as the trigger

Expected Results

The rule should be executed.

Actual Results

The rule is not executed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
