Control of Agile Card Layout e.g where added fields appear on card

As an admin, I would like the ability to configure the layout of Agile Cards, specifically field placement. While you can add fields to each card, you cannot choose where the fields are on the card. The biggest issue this causes is when a field is added, it cannot be moved to be on the first line in the card and creates a new line. This can be viewed by some users to be a waste of space, and it will cause a lot less issues to be viewed in a browser. To better explain this, I have attached a user's screenshot showing what he wishes he could do.

Problem Definition

In the backlog, I want to see the fields on this card in order of
Issue Key - Summary - Assignee...
It's currently not possible to change the order of the default fields in the board.

Suggested Solution

Allows an option to change the order of the default fields displayed in the card of the backlog view.
