Recent changes to the Agile board cards were made 15 December 2016. Read more about the new design of JIRA Software issue cards.

Please note the link to View Issue (full issue view) is still available as right-click (control/command click) from the issue key on the card, only the presentation has changed (blue + underline to grey) - it still functions as a link.

In the first week of January 2017 we shipped improvements to the issue key colour (now darker) and the cursor when hovering the issue key (now shows a pointer). The functionality to open an issue in a new tab or window was not removed from the cards but it may not have been clear it was still available. We hope these changes will assist with that issue.
The following related bugs have now been resolved.
JSW-15336 tracks a problem with issue keys disappearing when column widths are narrow due to either a higher number of columns and/or a narrow browser viewport.
JSW-15356 tracks improved card display at these narrower widths and will deliver a more compact card when space is limited enabling better viewing of the card details.

      Kind regards,
      Martin

    Description

A recently JIRA upgrade has changed the default views for project sprint board. Atlassian has given the issue cards a facelift where user can get the needed info without the clutter.

Customers are suggesting to enable a way to see the old layout as well, specially that ones using display resolutions below 1080p.
