Add the ability to change the default fields order in the card backlog view

      Problem Definition

      In the backlog, I want to see the fields on this card in order of
      Issue Key - Summary - Assignee...
      It's currently not possible to change the order of the default fields in the board.

      Suggested Solution

      Allows an option to change the order of the default fields displayed in the card of the backlog view.
