Subtask support in the planning view of scrum boards is terrible.

• you can't easily see that the subtasks exist, nor to whom they're assigned
• their estimation is added to overall time, but not to the time of the individual stories
• they get hidden if you use a quick filter that hides the story, even if it shouldn't hide the sub-task

I want to be able to use subtasks because two levels or organization (epic/story) is frequently not enough. I don't see how anyone can affectively use them and I regret it pretty much every time I try.

I'm sure I'm duplicating other tickets here, but it's hard to tell which ones are considered active and which aren't.
