      Hi there,

      We are testing the JIRA Service Desk form few weeks and we came across the issue below JIRA OnDemand:

      Issue:
      When Agent makes any updates or add comments in an “issue” (ticket), reporter receives notification email but “Display name” shows reporter name instead of agent’s name who updated the issue (ticket).

      Current Configuration:

      System:
      We have configured JIRA Administration  Systems  General Configuration  Settings  General Settings Email from as “${fullname}
      We have also tried ${email} and ${email.hostname}
      Changing these variable does not make any difference in the notifications.

      Project (JIRA Service Desk):
      We have also configured support@xyz.co.uk as a notification email address for the JIRA Service Desk.

      Can anyone urgently help us to resolve this issue?

      Kind regards,

      Tariq Nazir
