JIRA Service Desk - Notification email display problem on Outlook

      Hello,

      On the customer portal, when the request forms include the character '/', the notification email that is sent after the ticket is created is not displayed correctly on Outlook (see screenshot), however it works correctly from other email boxes (gmail).

      JSD Version: 1.2.6
      JIRA Version: 6.1.5
      Browsers: IE 11 , Chrome 37.0.2062.124 m

            Hi imane.assoud,

            The e-mail templates changed substantially in JIRA Service Desk version 3.0.0 with the introduction of conversational e-mails.

            I am confident you won't see this problem if you update the version of Service Desk you have installed to 3.0.0 or later.

            From our verification, the notification from Service Desk including "/" is displayed properly on Outlook 2007 & 2011. May I know which version of Outlook that you are running at the moment?

            So for our customer this is critical since a lot of service desk notifications are broken. Outlook is the standard mail client in germany. Please make priority at least major.
