Hello,
On the customer portal, when the request forms include the character '/', the notification email that is sent after the ticket is created is not displayed correctly on Outlook (see screenshot), however it works correctly from other email boxes (gmail).

Hi imane.assoud,
The e-mail templates changed substantially in JIRA Service Desk version 3.0.0 with the introduction of conversational e-mails.
I am confident you won't see this problem if you update the version of Service Desk you have installed to 3.0.0 or later.
