JIRA Service Desk - Notification email display problem on Outlook

      Hello,

      On the customer portal, when the request forms include the character '/', the notification email that is sent after the ticket is created is not displayed correctly on Outlook (see screenshot), however it works correctly from other email boxes (gmail).

      JSD Version: 1.2.6
      JIRA Version: 6.1.5
      Browsers: IE 11 , Chrome 37.0.2062.124 m
