As an user, we would like Service Desk's customer portal to include the "Attach Screenshot" module

      Current behaviour

      The existing "Attach screenshot" module from JIRA is not available in the Customer Portal view of service desk.

      Expected behaviour

      Even though there is an "Attachments" link, the "Attach screenshot" module is way faster than the process of generating the screenshot and then uploading it into the ticket.

            And https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-725 has also had no work done on it, so this issue is in no way resolved.

            This is a significant piece of lost functionality which was part of Atlassian Support for years.
