Description

Original: If the System Language in JIRA is set to German, trying to create a project from Service Desk (ie from the Service Desk dropdown > Create new Service Desk) will fail. To reproduce: # Create fresh install of JIRA with new database # Change system language to German (profile language can be English) # Enter JSD license # Should fail creating the Welcome Service Desk and any other time you try to create a new Service Desk *workaround* Switch the language to English to create atleast 1 Service Desk, and will then work.
