We recently upgraded to Service Desk 2.0.2. Since that time, we noticed that when Outlook displays a few "preview" lines to the email messages, the preview lines indicate that the issue has been resolved for statuses that are not "Resolved".
Upon further inspection, we confirmed that in the HTML source of the message the word "Resolved" does show up towards the top of the message. My hunch is that there is a minor bug that places the wrong status in one part of the multi-part message.
