Problem Definition
Currently, when using Assets automation to send email notification action, the email template is not configurable.
By default, it includes the Object, Reason, Matched and Message field - see the screenshot below.
Suggested Solution
Allow administrators to configure the email template. For example, remove the Reason and Matched fields.

We are using user Assets and need to send them an email when some events happen. We don't want to include many elements that are present in the template and need to be able to modify the template.
