Statuspage for Jira Service Management is not compatible with Jira 8.14.2+, breaking customer portal pages

      Thank you for your interest in this issue.

      This has now been resolved with the latest available version of Statuspage for Jira Service Management (0.3.9).

      Issue Summary

      The latest available version for Statuspage for Jira Service Management (0.3.8) is not compatible with Jira Core 8.14.2+ and JSM 4.12+ versions, and can cause customer portal pages to break (see this KB article for more information

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Jira Core 8.15.1 + Jira Service Management 4.15.1
      2. Install Statuspage for Jira Service Management 0.3.8 and configure alerts for existing portals
      3. Try creating an issue at a customer portal

      Expected Results

      The issue form is populated without errors

      Actual Results

      A Failed to load resources required to render the feature. Please try refreshing the page message is displayed.

      Workaround

      • Refreshing the page addresses this behavior temporarily, though the behavior happens again when accessing a customer portal again
      • Disable Statuspage for Jira Service Management 0.3.8 through Administration > Manage Apps

            A native integration with JSM was a big selling point of StatusPage for us vs competitors. This bug is very disappointing, as we have to disable part of our incident management process if we want to continue to upgrade Jira.
