Comments that have paths do not render correctly, on customer portal

Issue Summary

If a user accesses the customer portal and adds a comment, on an existing issue, that contains "\", the saved comment is different from the typed.

If the user adds the same comment on the project, the comment is correctly rendered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the customer portal
2. Create a comment on an issue that contains "\":

   C:\Test\Example

Expected Results

The comment is correctly rendered. 

Actual Results

The comment is saved in a different way: 

C:\\Test
