Steps to Reproduce
Create a user with upper case letter (e.g. UpperUser)
Assign a newly created service desk request to the user
Check the People > Agents page of the Service Desk portal
Expected Results
UpperUser has have one ticket in progress
Actual Results
UpperUser remains with 0 issues in progress
Workaround:
- Edit the username to lowercase
