Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
As stated in this documentation, you can only link one email account with JIRA Service Desk.
It would be better if users are able to link multiple email account with JIRA Service Desk if for some reason forwarding rules or aliases doesn't work for them.
