      As a system administrator I need to migrate (import) our current OTRS installation to Jira Service Desk (just like other importers you made for your other products: Wikis to Confluence or many issue trackers to Jira) to retain old tickets for historical reasons, import customers, configs, etc.

            I have Groovy Scripts to do this but they are only for Server version and with access to OTRS database.

            We were planning to move to the service desk from OTRS. But we couldn't find any way to migrate exisiting tickets from OTRS. It would be great if you can progress on this.
