How can we get "resolve issue","close issue" links in servicedesk customer portal ?

      for the time now i got two links "add comment","add attachment" links in service desk customer portal,how i have to provide "resolve issue","close issue" links in customer portal....i have given permission "close issue","resolve issue" permissions to both "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access"
      "Project Role (Service Desk Customers)",but still i did not get any links in customer portal.But in Jira he(customer) got all links "close issue","resolve issue" buttons.
