            Hi Joseph,

             

            I feel your response is becoming a common theme at Atlassian. As an Admin I feel we are not being heard and I am tired of having (with all due respect to the vendors) being told the solution is a paid third party solution. The development of the solution to this issue would pay off in dividends for Atlassian's Service desk product; especially since Jira and Service desk are sibling products. Thank you.
