Keyboard shortcut pasting not working for Description field on Customer Portal

      Issue Summary

      When trying to paste any text to the Description field on the Portal, the field loses focus and does not paste the text.
      Using the "Right-click > Paste" works.

      Issue reproducible only on Firefox.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access any Customer Portal with the Mozilla Firefox browser.
      2. Create any type of Issue.
      3. Try to paste text in the description by using the keyboard shortcut (Cmd + V or Ctrl + V).

      Expected Results

      The text is pasted normally.

      Actual Results

      The field loses focus and does not paste the text.

      Workaround

      Right-click the description field and choose the Paste option.
