Each request type should have the option to create metadata of a request type.

Suppose if there is Request_type in JSD  for requesting access to various applications and systems. This request_type has 100+ options to select from. And entering all of this data in the description of the request_type is messy. So if a user searched for "Zoom", if this was included in the metadata along with the other 100 applications, the request_type would show up when searched. Instead of having to add all this list to the description.

The search should work on both the title, description, and back-end populated metadata.
