'Show Х more links' link doesn't work in custom reports issue view in a Jira service management project

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Jira service management project, have an issue with more issue links
   
2. Navigate to Reports in the project settings sidebar
3. Create a custom report, edit the filter to pick the above issue
   
4. Save the Report
5. Click on the above issue in the report window
6. Click on the 'Show Х more links' (which doesn't work)
   

Expected Results

'Show Х more links' link should work in custom reports issue view as it does from the queue or search 'linked issues'

Actual Results

'Show Х more links' link is unresponsive and doesn't work in custom reports issue view

Workaround

Open the same ticket using instead the URL <JIRA_BASE_URL>/browse/<ISSUE_KEY>.
The "show X more links" button will work from this URL.
