Issue Summary

Logo on Portal is getting distorted or not aligned in pixel. The issue is seen with JSD 4.13.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira as admin
2. Navigate to location: JSD Project Settings --> Portal Settings --> Click on 'Change Logo'
3. select the image attached (250x100 pixel)
4. On Customer Portal, we see that the image is distorted

Expected Results

The Logo should be aligned correctly

Actual Results

The logo should is distorted. The issue is not seen in previous version.
