Problem:
At the Service Desk frontend Portal, the label of the most part of the fields (system and custom fields) are not accessible with a screen reader.
The environment used for the test:
Mac Osx default screen reader
Firefox 76.0.1
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a default IT Service Desk Project area;
- Create some Custom fields, for instance:
- "Browsers" - Select List (multiple choices)
- "Issue Category" - Selection list (single) - add
- "Issue Description" - Text Field (multi-line)
- "Jira Projet URL" - URL field
- "Jira Project key" - Text Field (single line)
- Add these fields on the Portal:
- Project settings > Request Types
- Edit Fields for the "Report a system problem" and add the new custom fields;
- Open a Firefox browser and reach the portal;
- Select <Report a system Problem>;
- Hit <tab> to reach each field;
Expected behavior:
- Screen Reader identifies each field.
Observed behavior:
- Most of the fields were not identified:
