      Issue Summary

      Captcha Signup box is not displayed accordingly

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable captcha signup
      2. Access JSD customer portal

      Expected Results

      Captcha signup should display the box to fill up the characters.

      Actual Results

      The box is not displayed.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
