Enabling Captcha on Customer Signup does not show field to input Captcha answer

      Issue Summary

      Enabling Captcha for account sign up on Customer Portal shows the Captcha image, but there is no field to input the answer.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable Captcha on sign up.
      2. Enable public signup for customers.

      Expected Results

      • Signup page would contain Captcha image and field to input answer.

      Actual Results

      • Signup page contains Captcha image, but no field.

      Other Notes

      Issue is not reproducible in JSD 4.1.3

      Workaround

      No known workaround yet.
