Inaccurate details tables for Knowledge base Article usage and Article effectiveness reports

      Issue Summary

      In the Article usage and Article effectiveness reports, clicking a specific day opens the details panel for that day. These tables currently display inaccurate data.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Link a Service Desk project to a knowledge base and create an article.
      2. View the article from the customer portal.
      3. Click Yes to "Did this solve your problem?"
      4. Review the Article usage and Article effectiveness reports.

      Expected Results

      The Details for tables shows an accurate representation of the article views and problems solved by articles.

      Actual Results

      The Details for tables either show There are no items in the selected series or inaccurate data for Views and Problems Solved.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
