Loading Queues page takes a long time

      When a user navigates to Service Desk >> Queues, the page takes more than 10 seconds to load. This usually happens after JIRA has been restarted. The behaviour improves over time but still requires around 5 seconds to load the page.

      Cause

      • Each time when Service Desk is loaded, it runs pre-condition checks which check each request type and each field in the request type - JSD-502
      • Queries for the pre-condition check are not optimised.

            Hi,

            We are running Jira 6.0 Build 6095. SD 1.2.6.1. Is it possible to get a patch for this issue? We have serious performance issues with SD Queues taking 10 to 20 seconds to load.

            I have checked, and there is no release available.
