Dear Atlassian,
As ServiceDesk supports the functionality to raise tickets on behalf of other users (as far as I know), currently it is limited to agents only.
Is there any way how to achieve it to enable customers to raise tickets on behalf of other customers (co-workers, etc.)?
If there is any possible workaround, other than giving all users the Agents licence, this would be a massive improvement for the functionality and customer satisfaction.
