      It would be great to have Transition screens using JIRA Service Desk as we have in JIRA.

            I was using https://support.atlassian.com and I had resolved an issue and wanted to make a comment when doing so but of course couldn't. This was an inconvenience so I added my comment after the fact which in turn opened the issue and changed the status to Atlassian Investigating which isn't really what i wanted to do. So I added "It might be nice if when marking an issue resolved you could add a comment just like within Jira itself" and that led me here thanks to the wonderful Support team
