Links for Knowledge Base on JSD don't update the URL when the Application Link URL changes

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install JIRA and Confluence;
      2. Install JIRA Service Desk;
      3. Create a Test project, Service Desk and Space;
      4. Create an Application Link between JIRA and Confluence;
      5. Add a knowledge base linking to the Demonstration Space on the Demonstration Service Desk Customer Portal;
      6. Change Confluence's URL;
      7. And update the Application Link to use the new URL.
      8. The Service Desk to KB link is not automatically updated
      9. The UI can't delete the KB link from the service desk

      Expected Behavior:

      JIRA Service Desk would show the new URL when showing Confluence's pages on the Demonstration Customer Portal.

      Actual Behavior:

      JIRA still uses the old application link URL.

      Workaround:

      Knowledge Base searches still use the old Application Link URL on the Customer Portal
