Problem Definition
When configuring an SLA calendar, you are only able to add select full days as holidays. If you need to add a holiday that has only some a few working hours, you can't.
Some customers have a few days each year where they work on half period. They need to be able to pause the SLA countdown during these periods, or the metrics will be incorrect.
Suggested Solution
Add the option to carve out a portion of the holiday as non-working.
