      Problem Definition

When configuring a SLA calendar, you are only able to add select dates as holidays. If you need to add a whole week to the holiday calendar (say from December 25 to January 1st), you need to add each day separately.

      Suggested Solution

Add the option to set a time interval on the holiday calendar, having both a set start and finish dates for the holiday period.
