Description
Description of Problem
A request type can be configured to have fields that are hidden and those fields can be given default values.
The default value that is defined may become invalid if the configuration of the field is changed.
- Example: Multi select field, default value is set. At a later date the multi select field is changed to no longer have that value as a selection.
- The request type remains configured to use the original default value which is now invalid
Suggested Change
JSD should alert the admin of the invalid default value so that it may immediately be corrected. The invalid default value will cause errors when creating tickets.
- In the case of issue security the invalid value may cause issues to be created with an invalid security level
- The alert could be similar to what is shown when there is a problem with permissions.
