      From what I can see, there is currently no Java API that exposes the comment from a satisfaction survey. It's not possible to get the rating and customer comment by API.

            +1 I user JSM version is v8.20.3 .

             I am eager to create user feedback through the API. Because I want to make the satisfaction survey in my own website. Instead of sending an email to the user. My users feel that JIRA email is too much and they hardly read it
