Description
Summary
Using Edge Browser The "My Requests" and "All Requests" link in the customer portal fail to load.
Environment
- Microsoft Edge Browser
Steps to Reproduce
- navigate to customer portal
- Select Requests dropdown in upper right corner
- Select either OR
- "My Requests": http://<Base_URL>/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?status=open
- "All Requests": http://<Base_URL>/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?status=open&reporter=all
Expected Results
The page loads
Actual Results
The URL is referenced in the browser, but the page does not load, the Java console displays:
HTTP500: SERVER ERROR - The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
(XHR)POST - http://<BASE_URL>/rest/servicedesk/1/customer/models
Workaround
- Us an alternate Browser to avoid the error (Chrome / Firefox)
- Refresh the page on edge browser, or right click and open in new tab to load the content without error
