Problem Definition
It is currently not possible to configure in a project the email address the Customer Notifications are sent from.
It is only possible to do it for the JIRA Core Notifications by setting the email address in Project Settings > Summary > Notifications, as explained in Configuring a project's email address and shown in the screenshot below:
Currently, the sender of the Customer Notifications is using the email address configured in ⚙ > System > Outgoing Mail.
Suggested Solution
Add a setting to the Project Settings > Customer Notification page to change the email address of the sender of the Customer Notifications.
