    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      JIRA ServiceDesk does not support german "umlauts" in "Request name" field.

      If there is an "umlaut" in the "Request name" it is not possible to create issues via ServiceDesk.
