Summary

Column gets swapped with lines when copying from spreadsheet to customer portal(IE) and it doesn't copy the markup.

Environment

• Internet Explorer
• Jira Service Desk 3.8

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Internet Explorer > access your instance
2. Have a JSD project running (with the description the field available)
3. Open Excel/OpenCalc > Create a table > Copy that table
4. Open Customer Portal > Go to create a new request
5. Paste this table in the description field

Expected Results

• Jira should paste the table into the description field in the same order and format as the spreadsheet.

Actual Results

• JIRA is pasting the table without any markup(like grid) and is transposing the lines into columns.

Workaround
