- It is possible to bulk edit the "Request Type" fields from issues that have the same Issue Type
- However, it is not possible to bulk edit the "Request Type" fields from issues that have mixed Issue Types
The reason for this limitation comes from the fact that Request Type of an issue can only be set to a value that is associated to the issue type.
If we try to edit issues from different types, changing the Request Type of all these issues to the same value will be dangerous and might lead to data corruption since the Request Type might not be compatible with the issue type of some issues.
It would be nice to have a feature that allows to edit the request type of issues from mixed issue types in a way that is not "dangerous" and that respects the compatibility between Request Types and Issue Types.
