      Summary

      Every Service Desk ticket has a Request Channel Type, or Channel as can be seen in the Service Desk request section on the View Issue screen.

      This field can be used in JQLs e.g.:

      request-channel-type is not EMPTY
      

      However it can't be exported to CSV (or any other export type).

      Suggestion

      Since it's possible to export Customer Request Type and Satisfaction, it should be possible to export Request Channel Type as well, for reporting purposes.
