      Problem Definition

      Currently, it is not possible to add more question in Customer Satisfaction Survey sent from JIRA service desk

      Suggested Solution

      Provide an option to edit customer satisfaction survey to add or remove questions, score details, confirmation messaging and so on.

      Why this is important

      Each organization have a different set of use case and question that will be asked from the end user, having this feature will allow the organization tune-up service desk to meet the organization needs
