Add the possibility to clone a past request from the customer portal

      Problem Definition

      It is currently not possible to clone issues from the Customer Portal (only from the internal JIRA UI).

      When customers need submit similar requests often via the Customer Portal, it can be pretty time consuming to fill in all the fields everything time they raise a request.

      It would be helpful to have a "clone" button on the customer portal to allow customers to clone a previously submitted ticket to save them time.

      Suggested Solution

      From the "My Requests" page on the Customer Portal, add a "Clone" button next to each request, as shown in the screenshot below:
