Bring keyboard shortcuts to Service Desk Queue view

      There should be keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation in the Service Desk queues view.

      j and k to go to next/previous issue would be killer(and would also be great while viewing issues as well), but it would be even better to have g then s go to the top of the current service desk or g then q to go back to your current queue or something similar.

      Is there a roadmap for adding some Service Desk specific keyboard shortcuts or recommended plugins to bring this functionality?

      Great news - queue keyboard shortcuts is now available on cloud! The following are implemented:

      • j - focus next issue
      • k - focus previous issue
      • o or Enter - open the issue
