Request type icon - SVG support

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      I noticed that the default set of request type icons display in SVG format. Users cannot upload SVG files. Non vector images tend to look shabby on high resolution screens. Would it be possible to support custom SVG request type icons?

            This is a duplicate request for at least one other ticket. If they were all combined, the votes would be much higher. At minimum, need more icon choices from Atlassian or better rendering upon uploading.
