      Problem Description
Often as a service desk agent, I have to perform certain operations on multiple issues in a queue e.g. transition or comment. Currently I'm only able to do this one after another or by moving to the issue navigator to perform a bulk change, which also requires moving out of the Service Desk queue.

      Suggestion
It would greatly improve usability, if there is a bulk change option similar to the one on the issue navigator that I could use to perform actions on multiple issues in the queue at once.

Transitioning multiple tickets from the queue is a "must have" feature. I can't believe nobody did this already.

I'm surprised this isn't a thing already, we had an email blast come into our support and all of them needed to be deleted, a few hundred at that. Now how are we supposed to clean those out?

@Pavol: But how? Unlike in a 'Software Project', there is no 'Issues and filters' with the function 'Bulk change'. In my 'Service desk project', there are 'Queues' instad of the issue lists, and they don't have the functionality 'Bulk change.'

Jochen, you can still bulk delete issues via regular issue search. You can also add some time parameter to JQL in order to narrow down your search.

I can't belive JSD does not have this feature. We are creating tickets through API. There was a bug in our software, now I have thousands of tickets in Jira. No chance of removing them ???

+1! This is a standard internal/customer service desk and crm feature that most other tools competing in this arena support out-of-the-box.

Are you seriously saying, that if you have over 100 tickets, in your queue, you have to go through and delete each one INDIVIDUALLY? Holy Moly!!!! First no Whitelisting domains for incoming emails, now this?!?! At least this request is fairly new, maybe it has a shot. Very surprised on the lack of features on JSD, and very disappointed....

Not sure if I'm going to be around but DEFINITELY +1
