      Experienced Behavior

      When sharing a request in the portal an error is encountered. This error cannot be read because the page quickly refreshes causing the error to disappear. This did not happen in previous versions.

      Expected Behavior

      Error remains visible to the user so they may review error and take necessary actions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create sample project
      2. Edit an issue to make description empty
      3. Mark description field as required in the sample project's field configuration scheme
      4. Attempt to share the issue through the portal
      5. Error appears and quickly disappears
        • Error: "Failed to update request participants field, errors:"
        • Test in 3.5.2 to see error without refresh

      • 3.8.3
      • 3.7.1
