    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We need the ability to include an organization into another one.

      This feature will allow us :

      • To reflect customer organization into Service Desk : Some customer companies have separate projects and we want to notify/share tickets depending on the project
      • Share tickets opened for the main organization with all sub-organization users. 
      • Allow us to manage easily partner users that work for several distinct customers.
