      As a JIRA Admin, I want to be able to restart some JIRA services manually like without restarting JIRA:

com.atlassian.jira.internal.mail.services.MailPullerJobRunner

            My company really could use this right now...and seven years later it sits. Anyone else tired of Atlassian never closing tickets that they won't work on? I am.
